Picard’s
For over three decades, Picard's has been a staple in Southwestern Ontario, introducing peanuts to the region’s sandy soils in 1979. Starting as a small farming venture, they overcame early challenges like the 1982 frost by focusing on value-added products such as peanut brittle, chocolate-covered peanuts, and their famous "Crispy Potato Chip Covered Peanuts." Expanding from direct consumer sales to multiple retail outlets, including their iconic blue barns, Picard's now offers over 150 unique snack items, complemented by their Ramblin’ Road Brewery Farm, launched in 2012, which produces beers and kettle chips.
