HEALTH VALLEY TRAIL

Enjoy the Health Valley Trail that runs along the Conestoga River from The Village of St. Jacobs east towards University Ave. E. in Waterloo. Find the Wise Old Oak tree, and wander through farm pasture (please close the farm gates as you pass through).

There is plenty of parking in the lot next to the Trail Head at 35 Albert St. E.

Access to the St. Jacobs Off Leash Dog Park is from the trail (dogs must be on leash while on the Health Valley Trail).

Visit the Health Valley Trail Head Pavilion - we have bike racks and a bike repair kit for our cycling guests.
